Inaugural Golf fundraising event for Art Share Los Angeles was held on Saturday July 26th at Simi Hills Golf Course in Simi Valley, CA. Thank you to those who came out for a fun round of golf in support of Art Share’s students. WALL CREATED BY ART SHARE LA

The new Vista Hermosa Natural Park is now open in Downtown LA. The park provides a mountain watershed experience at the gateway to Downtown Los Angeles. A joint project with the new Edward R. Roybal learning Center, Vista Hermosa Natural Park recreates the natural landscape of the area while providing open space, outdoor environmental education opportunities, a children’s adventure area and a FIFA-regulation soccer field. Art Share LA has contributed an integral part of the new Vista Hermosa Park. The wall designed and created by the Art Share LA teens is just one of the ongoing community projects Art Share LA is involved in to enrich the lives of children through the arts.
