About
The portal through which true creativity enters is inner silence. We will be exploring questions and answers to daily life situations, using inner silence as our guide. We will use a Tensegrity form, The Revolving Moon, to facilitate this silence and share our experiences with each other, or not, as you choose. Tensegrity is a soft movement art form of the Shamans of Ancient Mexico.
Please bring a mat and a cushion to sit on.
