Cello Madness Congress Socal UNLEASHED
November 19, 2022 @ 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM
About
Come and see the Battle of the Bass Clef as cellists of different backgrounds use their wits, humor, skill and variety of styles to claim the throne of the BASS CLEF.
The Cello Madness Congress has been around over a decade and started in Northern California by Beat Boxing Cellist, Joey Chang. The torch was passed to Paul Hyun to create a new branch of Cello Madness here in SOCAL. The hope is Utah, Las Vegas and San Diego will be collabing with other cellists from Socal.
Since its opening in 2012, the Cello Madness has been attended in person and viewed online by thousands of fans in the Bay Area and all over the world. This event is where music lovers gather to be immersed into an unforgettable experience of Cello Madness. From rock to pop to classical, the event showcases soloists from all backgrounds. The evening is tied together by a conversation-like exchange of wits and humor between the cellists and the audience, as performers spontaneously step on stage between featured acts.
This is the second show for the Socal Branch and more will be developed as the fanbase in Socal increases. The upcoming show will feature three fantastic cellists from three different cities. Each artist will be bringing something different to the show.
