Hologram City Fashion Runway Show

HOLOGRAM CITY’s first-ever runway fashion show ☆SUBCULTURE☆ will serve as a platform of expression for the LGBTQIA+ Latin X community.

The show will act as a reaffirmation to all of the youth who have felt out of place in the mainstream but found a safe space in music & fashion. Hoza wants to highlight the influences he chose as a teenager & the influences that chose him growing up in the Los Angeles ska / punk scene — influenced by local back yard shows, Latino ska bands & the Rude Boy / Girl (Rudies) fashion style. The collection for the runway will be Chicano culture meets punk; ties, vests, plaid, dickies, bandanas & Converse with patches, pyramid belts, checkered prints & leopard accents. Growing up in the underground scene, Hoza & other kids like him were viewed as outcasts & told that because of the way they dressed & the music they listened to, it would make society turn their backs on them. To Hoza, this show is to prove that anyone can make their own path; living one’s dream is not dependent on conforming to the mainstream!
